The size of the flower walls are 8 in width feet by 8 feet in height.

What is your policy for damaged products?

Upon return of the rented product, Fleur Bliss Walls will inspect the item(s) for damages or any signs of misuse. If any damages are identified, We will notify the client and provide a detailed report of the damages along with any fees associated with repair or replacement.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We require a deposit to secure your booking, and the balance should be paid prior to the event date. We accept payment via direct deposit.

Is a security deposit required for renting a flower wall?

 Yes, A refundable security deposit is required for all flower wall rentals. The security deposit is designed to cover any potential damages or losses that may occur during the rental period. We take great pride in maintaining the high quality of our flower walls and this deposit ensures that they are returned to us in the same condition they were rented out in. The deposit will be refunded within a specified time frame after the flower wall has been returned and inspected for damages or losses. Please note that any damages or losses may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
   

Is installation included in the price of the flower wall rental?

Yes, installation is included in the price of our flower wall rental services. Our team of experienced professionals will handle the setup and installation of the flower wall at your desired location. You can sit back and relax while we take care of the entire process.

Do I need to pay extra for the delivery of the flower wall?

While installation is included in the price, delivery is not included. We offer convenient delivery options to ensure the flower wall arrives at your event on time and in perfect condition.
